Of all the useful practice guides available on the Alameda County Law Library‘s public computers, the editors of the Matthew Bender California titles offer guidance in an especially, shall we say, practical manner.   A researcher can find information organized in checklists that include the steps needed to successfully complete a specific legal procedure.
