Free Offer From Casetext And Ravel Law For Civil Rights Attorneys

Reports coming in from across the professional law librarian social media universe, that Casetext is offering free access to the company’s resources for attorneys who are working on civil rights cases.   More information – here.

The page states:

If you’re a lawyer fighting for civil rights and civil liberties, fill out this form to get free access to Casetext’s premium legal research tools, including CARA. Attorneys in private practice taking on these cases pro bono will have free access for the next two months, and non-profit organizations will have free access through the end of 2017.

There is also talk from AALL that Ravel Law has also offered services–no link with info –  they’ve just indicated on Twitter for involved lawyers to contact them.

I wonder if Uber will be making any offers to assist the pro bono legal community?
