Volunteer LDAs will provide free self-help services on a wide variety of legal matters ranging from bankruptcy, civil complaints, family law matters (adoptions, custody, child support, divorce, guardianship, visitation, etc.), to name changes, probate, trust administration, small claims, restraining orders, unlawful detainer (evictions) and many others.
LDA program will be held Monday, August 10, 2015 from 3-5 pm, register at 2:30 pm

The CALDA in the Library Program is a countywide service offered by the California Association of Legal Document Assistants (CALDA).
The session is held on the second Monday of the month at the Hayward Branch of the Alameda County Law Library. From 3:00-5:00 pm. Sign-up begins at 2:30pm.
