Justia Dockets & Filings (http://dockets.justia.com) is a free service that allows users to search and view select docket information from cases filed in U.S. District Courts and Circuit Courts of Appeal since 2004. Search fields include party name, judge, type (nature of suit), court, and date range. Underlying court documents, including complaints and orders are available for select cases. For more complete case information, users are directed to PACER, a subscription service from the U.S. Courts that requires registration.

Search Justia Dockets & Filings by party name to determine if an individual or company has been involved in federal litigation. Limit by case type and date range to monitor new filings or trends in a particular practice area.

Subscribe to RSS feeds to track case types, parties, and courts. Information is updated daily.
