Litigants who have filed a civil or small claims’ suit in Alameda County Superior Court can view their electronic case file online through Alameda County Domain Web: http://apps.alameda.courts.ca.gov/domainweb/html/index.html
Click on the “Case Summary” hyperlink and enter your case number to view case information, including the Register of Actions. Documents filed in civil cases are available for viewing, with the exception of family and probate cases.
You can also review case files in person. Files for all civil, probate, family, and small claims cases are available at the Alameda County Administration Building, Court Civil Records Management Office, located at 1221 Oak Street, Room 16 in Oakland. The public contact number for the Court Civil Records Management Office is (510) 891-6005. The Alameda County Administration Building is located directly across 12th Street from the Alameda County Law Library.
